Who We Are
Condominium Services, Inc. (CSI) is a small, family-owned condominium-services company established in 1979. We offer a host of services designed to enhance the quality of condominium living.
In addition to full-service community management, we offer financial-only management, individual unit management, management consulting, and an in-house maintenance division. We offer standard, deluxe, and economy service packages and can custom-tailor a suite of services to meet your particular needs and budget.
What sets CSI apart is its size and family ownership. Being small means that we can offer personalized service at very competitive prices. And because we're a family business, we place a special emphasis on stewardship of our customers' resources. In short, we treat our customers' communities as if they were our own. Our goal is not to be the biggest but the best condominium-services company in Northern Virginia.
