Real Property Management Corazon specializes in the management of single family homes, and small rental properties.
Our management fee is $115 for qualifying single-family homes.
We have managed hundreds of properties in the Reno/Sparks area for over a decade, and tens of thousands of rental properties across the country for over 25 years with a professional, well-trained staff of property managers, maintenance personnel, and accountants.
As a full-service residential management firm, we offer:
- Tenant placement, with credit and criminal screening – also available as a stand-alone service

Choosing the right tenant is the foundation of residential property management. With advertising continually running, we take numerous inquiries online, by email, text, and phone daily to keep income properties rented. We require each potential tenant to complete an application, then follow up to verify their employment, rental history, and credit & criminal history. This helps assure that your property will have the best tenant possible.
Keeping your property in top condition allows you to compete for the best possible tenants. When something goes wrong, giving those valuable tenants a great experience is paramount to keep them at home beyond the first lease term.

Detail management is what sets your property apart from the competitors that are always coming on the rental market. Each year we inspect your property inside and out to ensure it is being cared for, including a detailed report with photos, to help determine what is needed to maintain the value and net income performance of your property. Additional inspections are available for a nominal fee.
When there are problems with your tenants, knowing when to work with them and when to end the relationship is paramount to keeping a simple situation from becoming a disaster. No resident of your property should ever fall behind by more than one month's rent – a household can almost never catch up after that point. You knowing how your property is performing – whenever you want, wherever you want – is the goal of our accounting system. As invoices are received, they are uploaded to sophisticated software so you can see the accounting to the penny. Our paperless system is designed to provide what you need for tax, investment, and liability protection purposes, without giving you bulging filing cabinets.
