Properties are carefully inspected regularly by HPM's owner managers. We are hands-on; we don't delegate, because we want to know exactly what is going on at a property. Meticulous inspections ensure that maintenance and repairs are on target and enable us to identify and resolve potential problems before they can become troublesome. Responsive, proactive management is critical to maximizing property value.
Accuracy, accessibility, and transparency are our priorities. Owners receive concise, comprehensive, and timely financial reports from HPM. Account information, which is secure and cloud-based, is available 24/7 for client review. Our Chief Financial Officer and the Property Manager review reports before they are sent. Income and expenses, arrears, accounts payable, disbursement register, and budget variance are some of the reports included in HPM's standard reporting package. Customized reporting is available.
Repairs And Maintenance

Convenient online payments are accepted via e-check or credit card. After registration, simply log in to an online account to create a maintenance ticket, view an account balance, monitor delinquencies, or check the status of an invoice. The HPM Web portal offers real-time information, 24/7.

The rental market is fast-paced, and landlords need immediate access to real-time facts. HPM's affiliate company, Harlem Lofts, employs experienced, licensed agents who specialize in the local rental market. They advise on market rent, which permits our owners to maximize their operating income. HPM attends to all the details and paperwork required for a tenant application and submits it for final approval.
