  • Show property for rent

  • Allow Agents from other Real Estate Agencies to show the home.
  • Pay commission to other agents if applicable.
  • Secure application and credit checks on prospective tenants.
  • Sign leases and collect security deposits from tenants.
  • Deduct leasing fee from tenant's first month's rent payment.


Tenant Screening
Process applications including credit check (pd by applicant) and rental references (up to 2 separate applicants) and sign lease using our lease, collect first month's rent.


  • Management Fee: 9 % of the rent per month
  • Leasing Fee: 80% of one full month's rent if we manage your property
  • Leasing Fee (no management): 1 full month's rent for just leasing plus $100 administrative fee (due on signing)
  • Additional Services: $350
