We thoroughly screen all candidates, put them through four days of intensive course work, and even after that, they still must complete one full year of service under the hands-on guidance of our supervisors before becoming certified resident managers. And, because professional development is a never-ending process, we conduct seminars twice a year for all our managers to sharpen their skills.
