Landmark Realty, Inc. is a property management and development company headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. Operating throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area, Landmark is owned and operated by Robert D. Bindeman. Rob is the 4th generation of his family to be involved in the real estate business. Landmark will celebrate its 50th year of business in 2012.

Our management team offers “turn-key” services; qualified on site management, an experienced main office staff for bookkeeping and service calls, and a vast network of subcontractors to address needs that arise on the property. Most importantly, we own the majority of properties that we manage. Our focus, therefore, is always in the best interests of the property's long term prosperity and the tenants that call our communities home.
ON SITE MANAGEMENT
Landmark Realty assigns an experienced property manager to each residential property. This property manager will address most repairs in-house, prepare vacated apartments for turnover, and show apartments to prospective tenants. Service calls are addressed during regular business hours and by emergency after hours.
The property manager is overseen by Landmark's Senior Maintenance Manager who has over 25 years experience with the company. Also, the company president visits each site regularly to insure that the daily expectations of staff are being met and to address any special projects/ improvements that may be needed at the complex.
MAIN OFFICE STAFF
Our bilingual office manager will assist with phone calls regarding requests from residents. Landmark's bookkeeper will manage the financial aspects of your tenancy. Vacant apartments are advertised on line and via community newspapers. Lease renewals are sent on a timely basis with the goal of retaining our tenants. We are conveniently located in downtown Bethesda.
For any repair that requires special expertise, we have a vast network of professional contractors to bring to the property. This includes plumbers, electricians, laundry room operators, roofers, and exterminators. We have years of experience with these subcontractors and know that every repairman will treat your apartment with respect
