About Us

Milwaukee Realty has been in business for more than 20 years. In 2006 Milwaukee Realty changed from specializing in only Commercial Exchanges to providing our clients with a wide range of services including Residential, Commercial and Investment Real Estate. We view Real Estate Brokerage as somewhat of a commodity. Service to clients is generally very similar regardless of company your with. That holds true for all segments of Real Estate. We provide quality representation at a discount to many of our competitors.

Our office is located at 1550 N Prospect Ave on the East Side of Milwaukee. Most of our condo business is in the lower East Side on or near Prospect Ave. Some of the nicest Condominiums in the City are within 6 blocks of our office. These Condos include 1522 on the Lake, Kilbourn Towers, University Club, Cudahy Towers just to name a few.

Our Commercial business is tends to be generally Investment Sales in the Metro Milwaukee area and is usually under $2 million. We have clients looking for everything from Multifamily and Storefront units with rentals to triple net leased properties in Milwaukee.

Personal

The Owner, David Price is a Milwaukee area native having been born and raised in the Lake Country area west of Milwaukee in Delafield. His youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around the lake, church and athletics. He graduated from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a degree in Political Science/ Pre-Law. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, Sailing, traveling, participating in tennis leagues and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations.
