Jodi, Libby and Melanie have been active in the real estate management industry since the early 1980’s and started MEB in 1998. Today, MEB is a leader in the fee-management industry, providing management services to a diverse portfolio of over 14,000 apartment units and over 300,000 square feet of commercial property.

MEB is based in Arizona with offices in Phoenix and Tucson and manages properties in six other states. We are over 400 team members strong and manage all types of rental housing including luxury communities, HUD properties, student-oriented communities, and value added opportunities.
