Our offices and maintenance facility is located at 2822 W. Clybourn Street. We are computerized to provide efficient service for our clients, including monthly and yearly statements. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and the first Saturday of the month from 9 AM to 2 PM.
MPI is fully insured and offers 24 - hour response for emergencies.
We personally show your unit to pre-approved tenants after we screen your prospective tenants, including credit checks, residency and income verification, and criminal checks.
