Malico Watson spent the first part of his career as a successful real estate agent in Chicago IL. Having worked his way up the ranks the old fashioned way (hard work, initiative, and tremendous people skills), Malico was held as a highly valuable agent. In 1991 Malico moved to Fond du Lac WI. to attend college, however, after many years of hard work and dedication Malico received his communications degree at Cardinal Stritch University. After many attempts of entrepreneurship Malico realized that real estate was where he had his most success and decided to join Century 21 as an agent in West Allis WI. After a short career with Century 21, Malico realized that residential real estate was not for him. One night while on vacation with his spouse in Orlando Florida's popular Orange Ave. district, Malico decide to start his own real estate company hence the name Orange Ave.
In the first 2 years, with little but a dream and a determination, Malico launched an aggressive campaign to make a name for his company. His Advertising campaign included: radio spots, television, The Orange Book magazine, full page newspaper advertisements, a real estate radio program and more. Never afraid to take risks, Malico invested all of his time and money in his business.
As Malico grew the business, he focused his attention on Commercial Real Estate. He was passionately committed to the growth of the region. Active in the community Malico works passionately in restoring old abandoned neighborhoods. Never afraid to take a risk, Malico had the stamina to see his vision through to completion, no matter what obstacles he faced.
The company's dedication to leadership, integrity, and community service, are still at the core of its business operations under its current leader Randy Stefaniak Jr. (Vice President). Having joined the company in 2005, Randal spent day in and day out expanding its business division, developing a strong management team, and enhancing the company's offerings.
The company's drive to remain on the cutting edge continues to be evidenced by the company's marketing innovations, technological advances, and leadership role among the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage community.
