The Residential Property Management group is responsible for managing a current portfolio of approximately 5,000 multi-family units. Ms. Debbie D. Willis, CPM, President of Property Services, and a team of professional Portfolio Directors and on-site Community Managers oversee this significant business enterprise. The Property Management group is dedicated to delivering the highest quality property management services in the metropolitan Phoenix and Tucson markets, and providing the foundation for future growth.

COMMERCIAL

Our Commercial Property Management group is responsible for managing a current portfolio of approximately 100,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail space in both the Tucson and Phoenix markets. Ms. Leah D. Motsinger oversees this Commercial Property Management venture with a commitment to quality, performance and the total satisfaction of our customers and clients.

High Desert Village Realty LLC offers a variety of integrated sales and marketing services to provide any For Sale property with unique market positioning. Our goal is to implement effective marketing strategies in order to assure optimum sales results, absorption and profitability.

Our Sales philosophy is devised with a critically important balance of developing urgency while maintaining a humanized strategy that is built on the foundation of establishing mutual trust and respect. The HDVR sales team is carefully selected and trained to ensure the personality of the sales representative mirrors the personality of the development and its targeted customer base.

We are committed to closely track customer interest and follow-up, manage home site inventory, administer product pricing and electronically generate and distribute transaction documents to buyers, lenders, title companies and owners.

We deliver a highly skilled team and comprehensive marketing program. HDVR can create a tremendously persuasive sales presentation and swiftly target the most highly qualified prospects to effect a launch of the ultimate sales and marketing strategy.

Lead by Chapin Bell and Philip Bell, the Development and Acquisition group directs all development and acquisiton services. Mr. Bell oversees the planning and execution of all acquisitions, new development and rehabilitation projects. Services for the group include market analysis, pro forma development, financial analysis, project design, the coordination of the entitlement process and project construction management.
