Phillips as President and founder has more than thirty years of experience as a property management professional. He is supported by a management staff which includes Mark A. Phillips, CPM, Vice President, a second generation participant to oversee the day to day operation of our portfolio. We have an accounting department capable of generating all required financial reports in a form which meets the clients' expectation level. In addition, we enjoy the benefits of a qualified in-house maintenance staff which responds promptly and professionally to any physical problem beyond the scope of on-site personnel or in the case of emergency situations using our own vehicles.

Effective real estate management is a combination of experience, problem solving and the ability to expedite consistent results at the occupant's level.

There is no substitute for a hands-on approach to management. Effective property management is not a desk job. We do not wait for the problems to call in. Physical inspections by executive staff members form the basis of our quality control function. Added to this is input from tenant contacts, our on-site personnel and the work order system. Our clients expect that we will be ahead of the problem solving curve and not simply reacting to events as they unfold. The combination of experience and sincere effort give our firm the ability to forecast problems and preemptively manage them.

This does not mean that all problems are preventable. We have organized the company to be prepared for the worst case scenarios. This includes 24 hour availability of key personnel by direct contact or answering service. In addition, we have developed a following of qualified contractors in every critical vocation who are ready to respond in extreme cases.
