We are an experienced, reliable, full service property management company offering both full service all inclusive management services and partial or "LEASE ONLY-TENANT FINDING" service. Our job is to place a quality tenant who will pay on time and keep your property in good condition. We are so confident of our ability to keep your property occupied with qualified tenants that we will not get paid any fee while your property is vacant. We work with relocation companies and most of our tenants placed are homeowners themselves. Our staff has over 20 years of property management experience and we are working weekends and answering phones 7 days a week. We specialize in the Tri-Valley area, from single family homes, condominiums and townhomes and do not do HOA Management or Commercial Management.
