Seeing a niche in the market to offer superior service to owners and investors. Meigan opened the doors of Power Property Management in February 2006. As our Director of Communications, Meigan is the primary point of contact for all of
our clients.
Thomas Khammar - Owner / Chief Financial Officer
As a local business owner and real estate agent, Thomas Khammar brought his keen sense for numbers and business management with him when we started PPM. Serving as our CFO, Thomas reviews your finances and prepares a monthly report including your financial statement, correspondence received / sent, and an action list containing any upcoming or unresolved matters that require your attention.
Brent Parsons - Owner / Director of Vendor Services
In addition to managing regular maintenance vendors, our Director of Vendor Services, Brent Parsons shares his skills in project management by providing RFP preparation, submittal and analysis for large repair / replacement projects and condo conversions. We find that our 3 step process for vendor selection achieves the best pricing for quality work.
