The primary focus at Preferred Communities is that of our distinctive customers. When we established ourselves in 2005, we wanted to make sure that all communities in Arizona were receiving the one on one attention they deserve. Our approach provides us an opportunity to make strides in the industry and provide individualized customer service “after the sale” not just during the bid process. This includes the overall appearance, the financial well-being, the day to day operations and the feeling of community in the Association, of which, the management company is a part of. Our commitment to you is to provide excellent customer service to each Board member and to each homeowner in your community.

The following is a general list of services provided by Preferred Communities:

  • Perform thorough property inspections to identify structural, maintenance and safety issues.
  • Respond promptly to service requests; prioritizing requests to ensure timely responses.
  • Review and/or supervise capital improvement projects.
  • Review parking assignments and enforcement procedures.
  • Documented property inspections on a regularly scheduled basis.

  • Monitor adherence of association's architectural guidelines.
  • Respond to homeowner and external inquiries during business hours in a timely manner.
  • Respond to emergency requests during business hours, nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of property rules and regulations.

Preferred Communities credo is to act in a reasonable manner and exercise proper business judgment in all areas. We never supersede the Board's power in the community, rather, we will advise the board of proper business judgment.
