SDHOA is a full-service homeowner's association management company which services San Diego County. We specialize in working with homeowners' associations in the San Diego Area. We manage HOA's of all sizes.
We understand that responsive and responsible management is hard to find, especially when it comes to managing your largest investment, your home. Our approach has been to understand the specific needs of each and every HOA, regardless of size. And to adapt our own processes to meet the needs and demands of each and every HOA. We combine a solid property management experience, consistent preventative maintenance, and regular status reporting to ensure that your building looks great and you stay informed.
But what really sets us apart from our competitors is transparency.
All of our rates are published so that you understand the costs of any additional services before you are charged. There are never hidden fees and we will always discuss the need for any additional services with your association board prior to starting the work. We will not nickel and dime you.
We have experienced property managers that handle a small portfolio of clients to make sure that your building receives the reliable service and quick attention that you deserve. Please contact us. Let's discuss what we can do for you.
We offer community management services that cover all routine monthly and annual services for one flat fee. Many of our competitors utilize a misleading base fee and "add-on" charges that, in our opinion, encourage inaction and hesitation. The purpose of an HOA Manager is to assist the Board with the tasks required of them -it is in everyone's best interest to complete these tasks efficiently and quickly. Our clients agree that we, in fact, manage to do this time and time again.
The all inclusive contract includes, but is not limited to the following tasks:
- Collection of Assessments (including monthly owner statements)
- Invoice Payments of Budget Items
- Preliminary collections of delinquent account
- Preparation/ Disbursement of financial statements
- Physical inspections of complex
- Periodic review of vendor contracts
- Liaison between board and members
Additionally, we act as liaison to the Board and assist the Association's representative with:
- Reserve Studies
- Budget Preparation
- Tax Return and Audit Preparations
- Insurance claims
- Legal Actions
- Small Claims Actions
- All phases of collection matters
- Major Renovations
- Revisions to Association Documents
