Continued Management
- Rent is due by the first of each month and is considered late after the 5th. Rent is collected promptly or the resident is processed for eviction.
- Tenant calls are handled promptly to ensure resident satisfaction and lessen possible further damage to property. Maintenance personnel are available 24 hours a day for emergencies.
- Routine inspections are made to ensure property upkeep by residents.
