Community Association Services

At Protocol, we understand that the successful management of condominium and homeowner associations requires a strong team effort between the Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors and the management company. We excel in helping you to take a proactive role in making sure your property is well maintained, financially sound and is administered with effective operating procedures for today and for the future.

As our name implies, we provide the protocols and tools needed to effectively operate your community with efficient systems to plan and schedule your maintenance, manage your meetings, control your finances and ease communication between home owners, the Board and the management company.

Protocol Property Management has been managing condominium and homeowner associations for 14 years from South King to South Snohomish Counties, including the Eastside and Seattle. Currently we manage communities ranging from 3 units to 161 units. Our Property Managers generally have a lower per unit workload than most other management companies, allowing them to devote a higher percentage of time and better quality of service to each association.

We are members of Community Associations Institute (CAI). Not only are we knowledgeable in the practices and procedures of CAI, but also with other essential bodies of governing communities such as Governance, Landlord-Tenant Law, Fair Housing Law and other resources.

We are on call to assist with emergency situations.
