With comprehensive advertising campaigns continually running, we take many calls daily
from prospective tenants interested in your home. Through a series of elaborate Pay-
Per-Click (PPC) campaigns and premium paid advertising sites, we provide maximum
marketing exposure for your home.
We require each prospective tenant 18 years of age and older to submit a rental
application. Web run criminal background checks, credit background checks, and verify
employment for each applicant. This combination of screening procedures helps us find
good tenants, not just any tenant.
Regular Property Inspections
We make a thorough inspection of your home, both inside and outside, at least 3 times
per year. This helps us insure that the tenants are in compliance with the lease and that
your property is being properly cared for.
Our company is highly automated. Each month, you will receive a financial statement
showing monies collected and any disbursements that have been made. We can provide
numerous reports including property rental history, tax information and a host of other
reports with the touch of a button. In addition, we will provide you with year-end tax
statements for tax reporting/planning purposes.
To save you money, you have the option of utilizing our well-trained, in-house staff of
maintenance professionals that will provide quality and timely maintenance for your
property at below market rates. Therefore, you don't have to pay the exorbitant rates
charged by independent contractors; nor does your property have to wait until they can
work it into their schedule. This can save you hundreds of dollars per year.
All of that said, though, we also give you the option of handling maintenance services on
