Each month, you will receive a financial statement showing monies collected and any disbursements that have been made. In addition, we will provide you with year-end tax statements for tax reporting/planning purposes.
- Maintenance Services
To save you money, you have the option of utilizing our well-trained preferred maintenance vendors at below market rates. Therefore, you don't have to pay the exorbitant rates charged by independent contractors; nor does your property have to wait until they can work it into their schedule. This can save you hundreds of dollars per year.

- Collections and Evictions
