Financial Management
RedBrick Property Management can meet and exceed any of your financial needs. Our accounting software is fully integrated with our management software allowing us to keep clean records down to the last detail.

RedBrick Property Management

We provide the Board of Directors with monthly reports that include balance sheets, budget information, prepaid and delinquent accounts, paid and unpaid invoices, and more. We have a set format which we feel gives the Board a clear and full picture of your properties financial situation and highlights any notable issues. However, if you would like to see more or less information, or in a different format; we will work with the Board Treasurer to develop a customized report. In addition, our property managers and/or accounting staff will make themselves available each month to go over these reports.

Our company has relationships with some of the industry leading accountants, bankers, and reserve analysts. We can bring along these professionals to assist your property with tax preparation, auditing, obtaining a loan, reserve investing, and reserve funding.

We understand what it means to be a member of the Board of Directors. There can be long hours spent and tough decisions made. Being in charge of your associations funds and policy enforcement can be a stressful and difficult job. Yet this is a volunteer job and done for no pay and often little praise.

RedBrick offers assistance to your Board of Directors on policy matters. Your community is dynamic; always changing. We will assist with modernizing out dated policies and enforcing the communities rules. We will also assist with the architectural change process, developing of an annual budget, creation and use of committees, and nearly any decisions that the Board will have to make.

Our goal is to make your job easier, and to give as much information as possible in order for the Board to make good decisions.

RedBrick Property Management takes an active role in insuring proper maintenance of the developments we manage. To accomplish this we have created our CPR Program which consists of

  • Corrective Maintenance
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Routine Maintenance

In addition we look at the developments short and long term goals. We feel it is important to have a one, a three to five, and a thirty year plan in place. This can be important in planning for the future and avoiding costly special assessments.
