Rockwood Property Management

We provide property management and leasing services for single family homes, condominiums and apartments throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Property management fees will range between 4% to 8%, based on gross collected rents. There are no upfront charges.

Property Management Services

Our full service property management includes the following services:

  • Performing a thorough market analysis & evaluation of your property to maximize rental potential
  • Inspect property & make recommendation for enahancing marketability & profit
  • We coordinate the preparation of the asset to go market
  • Marketing to various websites websites and platforms as well as the MLS to maximize exposure.
  • Thorough tenant screening including background check for credit, prior evictions, criminal history, sex offender & National & Western Repositories for tenant's history.
  • Computerized accounting system providing accurate accounting of rents & deposits collected.
  • Delivery of monthly rent rolls with income & expense reports.
  • Handle 24 hour, 7 days a week tenant request.
  • Complete & comprehensive maintenance service & repair coordination. We provide detailed inspections of any maintenance problems & will evaluate services required to cure.
  • Arrange competitive quotes from qualified & reputable vendors.
  • Post-repair inspections to confirm repair quality and service.
  • We conduct weekly, not monthly, weekly exterior property inspections of all managed assets.
  • When required, we can provide additional services including legal notices, court appearances, consultation, etc.

Rockwood Property Management can also provide a hybrid of services including our Advertising Only and/or Leasing Services Only for a nominal fee.
