Madeline's expertise spans all facets of residential real estate with an emphasis on property management for the company's large clientele of investors. Her in depth knowledge and astute financial and analytical skills have won her acclaim from her clients and colleagues. She has published several articles on real estate for the Reno News and Review and is a frequent and valued contributor to Trulia Forums. Prior to forming this and several other companies, Madeline worked as a member of the technical staff for high tech electronics and defense firms. She moved to the area from California over a decade ago and enjoys her rural ranch lifestyle in Spanish Springs.
Before taking the reins as property manager, Heather was an assistant property manager for over five years and is multi-faceted with accounting, tenant and owner relations and scheduling skills.
