	Silver Creek Realty Group Silver Creek Property Management was founded by Steve Fernandes who's been managing residential properties in the Tri-City and Tri-Valley areas since 1998. The company was founded on the premise that each property deserves the same care as if it were our own. . Silver Creek Property Management is a member of National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) Real Estate Agents on staff.

We specialize in residential property management providing professional services for single family homes, condominiums, townhouses, duplexes, and apartment complexes.

Our Services

We treat each property as if it were our own! Our experienced team will go above and beyond to ensure that your property is well-cared for. We will:

  • Market rent evaluation
  • Use multiple media outlets in placement of tenants
  • Do background checks on rental applications (verify employment, credit check, etc.)
  • Thoroughly evaluate your property, inside and out, and take digital images of your property
  • Have around-the-clock maintenance management programs
  • Have ALL communication with your tenants
  • Collect rent in a timely manner
  • Pay all bills associated with the property (i.e. mortgage, taxes, water/sewer/trash, insurance, etc.)
  • Provide you with a comprehensive computer-generated "Cash Flow" report along with proceeds from each month
  • Provide you with copies of bills for which funds are expended
  • Present year-end statements entailing cash flow, maintenance, etc.
Filling Vacancies

We make every attempt to minimize the length of time your property remains vacant. Our team will visit your property to evaluate options on how to get your property rented quickly. For your convenience, we show vacancies and return all calls on weekends, evenings, and most Holidays.

We understand that timely placement of qualified tenants is extremely critical to your bottom line. When a 30-day notice is received, we immediately spring into action!
