With advertising continually running, we take numerous calls daily to keep units fully rented. We require each potential tenant to complete an application, follow up to verify their employment, rental history, and credit & criminal history. This helps assure that your property will have the best tenant possible. Silver Hammer provides all contracts and forms necessary to best service our clients and tenants.
To save you money, we use our network of service companies to give quality and timely maintenance for your property. Therefore, you could save hundreds of dollars per year taking advantage of our negotiated rates.
Approximately every 90 days, we make a thorough walkthrough inspection of your unit, both inside and outside. This helps preserve the integrity of your property.
If rents are not paid by the 8th of the month, we begin the process necessary to collect rents or evict tenants. With our experience we can ensure all the proper legal steps are followed.
Each month you will receive a financial statement showing monies collected and any disbursements that have been made. We can provide numerous reports including tenant rental history, property rental histories, and many more.
