SS Property Management is a Southern California based company specializing in property management, accounting and outsourcing services. We handle the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena and Santa Clarita areas.

With twenty years of experience behind us, we offer professional services to owners of multi-unit residential and commercial properties. We also offer outsourcing of the accounting services to other management firms, saving them overhead costs and time.

We know that making a successful investment in this ever changing market demands the support of a full service management firm. We also realize that not all owners require the same services. Our experience has taught us to adjust to our owners needs and demands in order to protect and increase their investments.

SS Property Management handles each asset as if it were their own -- no hidden charges. We have a number of reliable, ethical, and reasonable vendors we use on a daily basis. All vendors are outside contractors so we can ensure the owner is not paying an inflated invoice and there is no conflict of interest. We are always open to expanding our vendor list, so whenever possible, we try to send a vendor that has worked with the owner in the past with positive results.

For any major improvements or rehab projects, we present multiple bids and stick to an approved budget. If the property is under the Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Program, we will complete the necessary Capital Improvement forms so the owner is able to pass along the expense to the tenants.

SS Property Management is dedicated to serving the needs of property owners with outstanding customer service, full accountability and the highest ethical standards. We also realize the value between an Owner and Property Manager. We include a "do not compete" clause in all our outsourcing contracts. All our business relationships are built upon trust, mutual respect and consistent performance.
