  • WE ALSO OFFER ONE TIME MANAGEMENT FOR A ONE TIME FEE OF $450.00. THIS PRICE INCLUDES: ADVERTISING YOUR PROPERTY, SHOWING THE UNIT, APPLICATION PROCESS, TENANT SCREENING (CRIMINAL AND CREDIT BACKGROUND), ARRANGING FOR CLEANING AND REPAIRS.
