About Us

TEXAS COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT was created by a group of individuals with a wealth of knowledge and experience in association management. The purpose of the company from inception was community association management.

The Company's philosophy of communicating to its clients (Board of Directors) in a disciplined and systematic way assures that all pertinent information is relayed in a timely fashion. This allows the Board to achieve maximum effectiveness while serving their community and its owners with a minimal amount of personal time commitment. Similarly, TCM is available to the owners on a 24/7 basis to serve their needs. State-of-the-art systems, created specifically for association management, allow TCM to offer superior product reports with an ease of understanding for the client.

TCM's management team brings knowledge and experience in both building management and homeowner association management. This service assures the lifestyle that owners expect to experience and gives the Board of Directors a management team that they can have confidence in and minimize the effort that must be spent by the Board. The Managers of TCM have received or are in the process of achieving the requirements for the PCAM designation. Each Manager is encouraged to participate as well as lead educational programs offered by Community Association Institute.

Texas Community Management believes that professional management creates value for any association and the property served by the association. It is the company’s mission to offer you the best in professional management at a competitive price.
