Tyson Property Management is a full service property management firm serving the Albuquerque property management and rental market since 1993. Tyson manages over 1,000 single family, high-quality, clean homes. We work hard to maintain the investment value of an owner's property by providing timely repairs as needed.
Tyson Properties is open seven days a week to show property and meet any emergency needs that arise.
Tyson Properties specializes in managing single family homes throughout the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho area. Tyson Properties does not manage apartments, duplex or triplex units. Tyson Properties does not participate in the Section 8 housing program. We also have a licensed and professional sales staff that can assist you in finding that perfect home or rental investment. Our 4000 square foot building is located downtown Albuquerque within one mile of the major interchange. Our facility is located within two blocks of Albuquerque's three court houses and we are only twenty five minutes from any destination in the metro area.
