Valenti Real Estate Services offers extensive property management services for apartment communities. We are experienced and involved in all aspects including development, marketing, initial lease up, ongoing management of the physical asset, leasing office policies and procedures, employee training and renovation/rehab of properties.
Our extensive experience comes from many years of successful management of USDA - Rural Development, Section 515 properties, HUD Section 8 and Section 42 tax credit properties.
