From its inception, the backbone of our organization has been providing quality property management services to office, industrial and retail properties.
We continually focus on the importance of managing the process in a time-sensitive manner which builds tenant retention, instills ownership confidence and justifies our claim that Victoria Properties is truly "redefining customer service"
Tasks & Responsibilities
Each property Victoria Properties Management services is uniquely different, however, there are a number of management functions common to each commercial development. These tasks and responsibilities can be generalized as follows:
- tendering of service contracts with vendors
- establishing annual operating budgets and administering recoverable expenses based upon applicable terms and conditions within agreements to lease
- administering the full spectrum of project accounting services from processing accounts receivable and payables to the documentation of comprehensive financial statements issued on a monthly basis
- performing an annual reconciliation of common area maintenance accounts
- managing non-operating expenses on behalf of the ownership including capital upgrades, financing, tenant improvements, lease negotiations, insurance requirements and property tax appeals
- licensed property managers physcially inspect each property regularly to make certain that common areas are being maintained to the highest standards
- servicing the many needs of each tenant to ensure long term retention
