Welcome Home Management Welcome Home Management Services specializes in investment property management of small apartment communities, single family houses and duplexes, and historical district housing. Our Main Office is located in the Mid Town Business District of Oklahoma City. Historical District Housing is managed from our Main Office. Satellite Leasing Offices are located on properties throughout the city.

Welcome Home Management Services is composed of Accounting Services, Leasing and Management Services, Maintenance Services, and Investment Property Sales.

In order to attract and retain the most professional employees, Welcome Home provides many benefits to its employees including health care benefits. We provide background checks on all employees. Many of our competitors don't. We try to minimize known risks to the owners.

Welcome Home uses licensed leasing agents who use their skill and experience to create the best possible match between potential residents and the properties we manage. Our company and our associates are members of the National Association of Realtors, Oklahoma Association of Realtors and the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of Realtors promoting the highest ethical standards in the industry.

Leasing and Management Services

Welcome Home Management Services provides an experienced, professional team of Leasing Consultants and Property Managers.

Leasing Consultants are available for property showings at night and on weekends. Our goal is the greatest occupancy potential for all owners.

For larger investment properties, set office hours will be maintained and staffed by our experienced, professional Leasing Team. On site leasing services for larger properties provides the maximum in leasing exposure and resident retention. On site services are also ideal for lease ups and property repositioning. All on site offices work under the direction and supervision of the Welcome Home Property Supervisor. On site offices receive regular monitoring to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Properties may choose among several options for Leasing and Management Services. Staffing services may be billed as a larger management fee or as property employees with the property paying the payroll. All of these terms will be discussed and negotiated to best fit your property needs.

Our Leasing and Management staff is well aware of the necessity for high occupancy for investment property owners. It is their goal to provide properties with qualified applicants, high resident retention, and maximum income potential. Smaller apartment communities require a lot of TLC from their Leasing and Management staff. Our staff understands the dynamics of running a smaller property in the most cost efficient manner. A great Leasing staff can make the difference for an investment property owner.
