Greetings! And thank you for considering our firm.

Of the many choices you have, why should you choose Westgate Property Management? That's a good question. Your time is important. We'll try to be brief.

We are a full service residential property management company specializing in the Leasing and Management of finer, executive caliber single family homes, town-homes and condominiums. We currently manage approximately 130 properties. The current rent range of these properties is $1500/Mo.(Condos) to $6,000/Mo. (Single family homes).

What Services Do You Provide?

We provide any and all services that are related to the successful Leasing and Management of your property... to a qualified resident... who we believe will appreciate and honor its condition and maintain its integrity. We only accept properties into management that we can be proud to offer and from Owners for whom the maintenance of that property is clearly a number one priority. Our resident screening protocols work and have consistently enabled us to avoid some of the more common pitfalls of Leasing. We could easily give you a long itemized list of the services we provide but we might inadvertently omit something which you might feel is important. If it is necessary to the above referenced outcome, we do it... no matter what it is.

How Much Is It Going To Cost?

We recently had a call from an owner inquiring about our services. He asked me about the process. I told him what seemed to work best was for us to come out to his property, meet him, let him look us over and give us the opportunity to have first-hand knowledge of his property, assuring him that there was no charge for this. That way we could tell him what we felt the rent should be, decide if the property would be a good fit for us and he could determine if we would be a good fit for him. He agreed to this, but interestingly, he never once asked us about our fees.

When we got to the property and were talking with him about our experience leasing and managing properties similar to his, I asked him why, in our earlier phone conversation, had he not asked anything about our fees? He replied, "Well, if I didn't like you or feel like I could trust you, it really wouldn't matter to me what your fees were. But, if I did and felt like you could get the job done for me, and your fees were least competitive, which they are, that's all I needed to know. Let's get started."
