WILMOTH is a small, family owned business that has been successfully managing residential properties since 1998. We focus on the management and leasing of 1-4 unit properties located in Indianapolis, and all of Central Indiana. Through the years, we have learned much about successfully leasing and managing homes. Today, these experiences make up our practices. We value our clients and would welcome your questions.
Transparency-Financial details are available 24/7 on the performance of your property. Monthly electronic distributions of all of YOUR money are deposited before the 15th of every month.

We conduct a thorough investigation of potential tenants by utilizing the credit bureau, verifying employment and salary, past rental history, bank accounts and corresponding history and by contacting references. Criminal background checks are also performed. This thorough screening process has made our eviction rate one of the lowest in the country at under 5% of all tenants!
