Windsor Property Management maintains commercial real estate properties throughout Northern California. All our staff are LEED Accredited Professionals who specialize in maintaining LEED certified properties to ensure that the LEED certification is continued throughout the care and maintenance of the property. For properties with inhouse janatorial and maintenance staffs, we educate and train employees for continued proper usage of the electrical and HVAC systems as well as landscape maintenance systems. For many clients, we aid in writing a "green" policy for their company. We promote a healthy and energy efficient work environment.

Windsor Property Management provides multiple services for condominium associations. As well as providing property management services for commercial condominium associations, we establish and administer the CC&R's, Bylaws, and General Rules and Regulations for condominium associations specializing in the uniqueness of each project. We maintain official records and prepare all required notices along with conducting Board Meetings for the association.
