    What property management tasks and functions do you perform?

    1. Prepare the house for renting, including setting market rent
    2. Advertising the property extensively
    3. Interview and screen prospective tenants (a very critical step!)
    4. Sign and enforce the lease agreement
    5. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
    6. Perform periodic inspections of each property and provide property condition report
    7. Provide monthly and year-end financial reports and tax statements
    8. Stay abreast of Landlord-Tenant laws
