    The Sherman & Hemstreet Asset / Property Management division brings together the combined expertise of personnel having extensive experience. These individuals currently manage over 1,000,000 square fee of office, industrial and retail properties, as well as over 1,000 residential units.

    Sherman & Hemstreet Our property management team is the most experienced in the area and has a long history of managing properties all over the southeast. We manage everything from Tax Credit Apartments, HI-Rise Office buildings, single family houses, commercial shopping centers, industrial warehouses, to mobile home communities. There is no property that we can not manage.

    All of our property managers are experts in their field and all are required to continually take continuing education courses to improve their skills. Currently our property managers are working towards or have obtained the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, Society of Industrial/Office Realtors (SIOR), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

    Our property managers have four goals in mind when managing properties.
