  • Facilitate the inspections of the municipality to ensure the building meets all required codes
  • Provide homeowners with the documents necessary for sales and refinancing
  • Provide regular inspections and assistance in long-range maintenance planning
  • Obtain multiple proposals from contractors for major projects (ie. roofing, facade studies, elevator maintenance, landscaping improvements, etc.)
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors for services
  • Supervising, hiring, and dismissing association employees
