What We Offer

We handle all property marketing, showings, applications and background checks, leases, lease renewals, accounting, utility payments, deposits, invoicing, maintenance requests, notices, property checks, vendor scheduling, move in/out walkthroughs and periodic drive bys.

By becoming affiliated with Our Property Management Firm, you will have access to your property files 7 days a week. Our accounting system and online portal is available to each client and their tenants 24/7 at no extra cost, here our clients can watch their ROI for any period of time, pull data, income statements, leases, property reports and invoices giving them the option to be as hands on or off as they would like.

Projection Realty offers our clients direct deposit for owner income and bill pay for utilities.

We have access to licensed vendors to meet your property maintenance, landscaping, grounds and repair needs including an inhouse handyman and vendors available for emergency repairs. Some owners like the option to handle seasonal maintenance & repairs on their own and that’s ok too!

Year-end accounting statements and 1099-misc’s are sent out annually and may be shared with your accountant, for proof of income and/or tax purposes.

All applicants are screened to determine eligibility based on income, credit, criminal, eviction, employment & tenancy background checks. We find and approve qualified tenants creating a low turnover and consistent return.

Tenants also have access to many wonderful features on the resident portal, here your tenants can:  

View properties and submit rental applications online. Access their accounts to make electronic payments, submit and track maintenance requests, review lease documents, receive notices and announcements 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
