We will come to your property to evaluate and advise you on what will need to be done to get it ready for the rental market.

• Price your home from com-parables in your area.

• Show and allow other agents to show your property

• Screen applicants by doing a credit and background check

• Prepare the tenant's lease in compliance with Alabama law.

• Collect a security deposit from the tenant to hold in our escrow fund.

• Collect rent which is due on the 1st and late after the 5th.

• Email you an owners statement monthly.

• Prepare your 1099 and yearly statement.

We take all maintenance calls and determine if we can solve the problem over the phone before we send our maintenance person out.

We do a final walk-through when the tenant moves out and will make sure the property is in the same condition as when they moved in.
