CP Management was established in 1986 and has since become New Hampshire's #1 third party property manager. Our commercial portfolio under management is currently approximately 4 million square feet of retail, office, medical and industrial space. We also manage approximately 3,000 housing units including both multifamily and condominiums. We cover a geographic region stretching from Northern Rhode Island to Northern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Southern Maine. Notwithstanding, most of the properties we manage are within 50 miles of our main Exeter, NH office.

CP Management is a licensed brokerage firm led by a Certified Property Manager (CPM). Our staff holds a variety of professional designations including Real Property Administrator (RPA), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS). We have full time accounting and maintenance staffs with decades of knowledge to keep properties running smoothly with minimal owner involvement.
