Management fees are calculated based on the number of apartments a client has under management.
1-12 Units = 8.5% of collected rent
13-50 Units = 7.5% of collected rent
50+ Units = 6.5% of collected rent
 
 
We are confident that we can provide a valuable service so we don't need our clients to be contractually obligated for a long period of time; we require 30-days notice to terminate a management agreement. We have relationships with the housing authorities, city inspectors, and lots of local vendors. We know the police in the area, and we know the people at animal control, the fire department and DCF. Our relationships are valuable and we are grateful for them.
