My name is Lee Smith, and I own Spouses Buying Houses, Inc.  Raised in Indianapolis, I have been a real estate investor in and around the local metro area for more than 30 years.  I’ve been a licensed Indianapolis property manager and real estate broker since 2007. 

Besides holding and maintaining my own rental properties, I’ve developed expertise in multiple real estate strategies, from rehabs and flips to buy and holds, lease options, etc.  I practice what I preach, because I not only work with investors, I am an investor and will treat your investment properties like I treat my own.
