Alliance Property Management provides tenant placement and property management services throughout central Sonoma County. Our property management team has a combined 65 years of experience in the industry and we take pride in our work.

Tenant Placement:

  • Evaluate the rental value and make suggestions to prepare the property for rent.
  • Write and place advertising utilizing print media, craigslist, our website and other subscription websites.
  • Alliance Property Management Answer prospective tenant questions via telephone and email.
  • Property showings by appointment with prospective tenants.
  • Screen applicants through credit, judgment, eviction and reference checks.
  • Prepare rental agreement and addendums and sign with approved applicants.
  • Collect rent and security deposit.
  • Perform written move in inspection.

  • Payment of expenses on owner's behalf.
  • Provide detailed monthly and annual financial reports by mail or email.
