Account Manager

What We Do:

100 million Americans rent a home or condo.  AllPropertyManagement.com matches rental property owners (houses, condos, duplexes, etc.) to professional landlords who can manage on their behalf: Locate and screen tenants, handle maintenance issues, collect rent, and more. We serve as the liaison between millions of rental property owners and thousands of property managers in the United States.

What We Need:

The demand for our product continues to grow.  We need to expand our ability to grow our customer base and as new accounts come online, we need to ensure that they have a great experience and accomplish their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, nurture, and close new sales opportunities
  • Provide world class service to customers and prospects 
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of product/service/competitor offerings
  • Encourage customers to keep accounts active through timely follow up 
  • Coach customers on how to optimize our service and maximize value
  • Maintain accurate records of customer service and sales activities
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities
  • Help our sales team maintain a stellar reputation with our customers
  • Travel to conferences and trade shows to promote our product

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years direct sales experience, or equivalent
  • Undergraduate degree 
  • Highly organized- expert at juggling dozens of competing demands with limited time
  • Proficient with productivity tools- Excel, Word, Email, Salesforce
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Team player, high energy, can-do attitude, and love helping small businesses succeed
