Communication is key. Earning your trust takes time and we want to develop a relationship with our clients. Having issue talking to your property manager? That is not us. Our managers keep their phones on 24/7 and answer all our owners in a timely manner.

Property Management
(Fee: $99/mo. or 10%/monthly rent, whichever is less: ask about discount on portfolios of 4 or more)

• Initial discounted rate of 50% of one month's rent for tenant placement/marketing. Ask about our 30 day guaranteed rate. We will have an approved applicant within 30 days of your home being marketed or our fee is reduced.
• Full tenant screening (Local/federal background check. Detailed credit checks, including eviction findings & risk analysis
• Professional marketing photos, fully edited colored/brightened
• Advertised to all online markets
• MLS marketing and SUPRA lockbox for outside agents (Access will pay outside commissions)
• Walkthrough property showings, tenants never see the home alone
• Landlord screening (We call previous landlords for reference)
• Month/Annual Accounting Statements
• Online portal access for invoices/leases/statements.
• Full service maintenance coordinating and communication with 0 mark-up
• 24/7 Emergency Response
• Posting Notices, charged to tenant
• Annual internal property inspections with pictures
• Portfolio analysis if requested
