Owner Services

As experienced property managers we offer other resources involving our relationships to vendors, handymen, and suppliers, often getting you a better price than you might get as an individual. We regard each property as unique and different from any other property. 

Property Management Package Includes:

• Collect rent and disperse rent promptly to owners
• Tenant relations, including rent reminders, enforcing rules, responding to complaints, repair and emergency calls
• Manage evictions from start to finish
• Management of all maintenance (actual maintenance work is a separate cost to the owner by third party with no profit toward our company.)
• All expenses (receipts & invoices) will be passed along to the owner. No purchase will be made without prior owner approval or agreement

Leasing Service Includes:

• Advertising and marketing of properties
• Tenant Screening (includes eviction history, criminal records, credit check, and employment verification)
• Showing of property
• Managing the preparation and cleaning to make ready unit for new tenant
