Colbyco Founder and owner, Emin Muhammad, a business and technology graduate of Pace University of New York City, is a New Jersey Real Estate Commissioned licensed agent, and a member of the Vacation Rental Management Association.

The business was started when he was a Computer Software Designer by day and Realtor by night. Then his real estate passion became a reality, where the business began to thrive with 5 homes in 5 different states. The more he managed rental properties the more he learned. One of the most important lessons learned was that more money could be earned renting homes on a temporary basis than leasing property for a year at a time. The damage to the homes rented exponentially decreased and income generated significantly increased.

Fast forward to today, his business, Colbyco llc is his sole focus. Colbyco is dedicated to the Property Management of Vacation and Short Term Home Rentals. He still enjoys designing computer software programs and it has definitely influenced his approach to property management. Colbyco employs turnkey systems with a professional feel which make booking a rental home efficient and user friendly. Software designers are trained to pay great attention to detail.
