Property Management
(Fee: $99/mo. or 10%/monthly rent, whichever is less: ask about discount on portfolios of 4 or more)

• Competitive fees for tenant placement/marketing, we will find a package that works for you. Ask about our eviction guarantee. Our tenants are fully screened and vetted reducing the likelihood of a problem or eviction.
• Full tenant screening (Local/federal background check. Detailed credit checks, including eviction findings & risk analysis
• Professional marketing photos, fully edited colored/brightened
• Advertised to all online markets
• MLS marketing and SUPRA lockbox for outside agents (Access will pay outside commissions)
• Walkthrough property showings, tenants never see the home alone
• Landlord screening (We call previous landlords for reference)
• Month/Annual Accounting Statements
• Online portal access for invoices/leases/statements.
• Full service maintenance coordinating and communication with 0 mark-up
• 24/7 Emergency Response
