(Fee: $99/mo. or 10%/monthly rent, whichever is less: ask about discount on portfolios of 4 or more)

    • MLS marketing and SUPRA lockbox for outside agents (Access will pay outside commissions)

    • Landlord screening (We call previous landlords for reference)
