We were formerly known as Beaufort Rentals. Our team lives here, and we handle every part of renting your home so you don't have to.

Clear pricing

Full management is 8 to 10% of the monthly rent, starting when your tenant pays first month's rent. Tenant placement only is 6% of the total lease rent.

We work with local investors, out-of-state owners and military families on PCS orders from MCAS Beaufort, Parris Island and Naval Hospital Beaufort.
